Prerequisites: Completion of "AI Literacy and Effective Use," or equivalent knowledge.

Positioning: This course is the second and final step on the path from NEBULACT's "AI Literacy and Effective Use" course. It's designed for a participant who already knows the basics to embed AI into real work workflows, turning it into a repeatable, time-saving system.

Sessions

1. Advanced prompt engineering: Chain-of-thought techniques, building reusable prompt templates/libraries, setting up your own "prompt notebook."

2. Working with your own data: Document analysis and summarization, generating report/presentation drafts, managing context when working with long text, basic RAG concepts (having AI "read" your own documents).

3. Automation and daily workflows: Automating email/meeting-notes/report generation, an introduction to no-code AI tools (simple integrations like Zapier/Make), systematizing repetitive tasks.

4. Safe use in the enterprise and closing project: In-house data security and privacy principles, the habit of verifying AI output, the participant presents their own workflow/application.

A certificate of participation is issued to those who complete the closing project.
