Refund Policy

This policy explains the refund terms that apply to course purchases. For the full legal terms, see the Right of Withdrawal section of the Distance Sales Agreement shown at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the order date, without giving any reason and without penalty. If the course starts before this 14-day period ends and you explicitly consented to the service starting on that date, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has begun.

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to info@nebulact.com, including your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Exceptions

Orders where the service has already begun (the course has started) and the withdrawal period has ended are not eligible for a refund.
