Prerequisites: No prior knowledge required. Suited for anyone, regardless of industry, who has never used AI or has only used it superficially and wants to benefit from it confidently in their daily work.

Sessions

1. What AI is and how it works: How LLMs work (jargon-free), what they're good and bad at, risks (hallucination, privacy, misinformation), which tool is good for what (ChatGPT vs. Claude vs. Gemini comparison).

2. Mastering the tools: Account setup, interface usage, uploading files/images/audio, managing chat history, choosing the right tool for the right task.

3. Fundamentals of effective prompting: Giving clear instructions, providing context, defining a role, showing examples (few-shot), common mistakes and how to fix them.

4. Closing project: The participant brings a real problem from their own work, it's solved together in that session, and the participant finishes the course with their own prompt/workflow to use going forward.

A certificate of participation is issued to those who complete the closing project.
