At NEBULACT we are looking for the answer to one question: why do so many people complete their training and still not feel ready for the job?

My answer is simple: the person teaching must have actually done what they teach. After more than twenty years of international software experience and more than two thousand hours of teaching, I believe this more than ever. That is why our lessons are built on real projects, not slides.

Today this question has taken on a new dimension. AI is changing not only software engineering but almost every profession faster than anything I have seen in twenty years. This change is often described as a threat; I see it as an opportunity. But only with the right foundation. Many people know how to use the tools; few know what they are doing and why.

That is why at NEBULACT everyone comes in through the same door but follows their own path. For those who want to become engineers, we offer training that aims to develop engineers who can make decisions. We see AI the same way: a powerful tool, but its value is brought out by the knowledge and judgment of the engineer who directs it. We teach professionals working in their own fields to use AI consciously and efficiently in their daily work, so that instead of fearing it will take their jobs, they make it their work's strongest ally. And we teach children, from the very start, to turn their curiosity into creation, so that a generation growing up with AI becomes the side that directs and creates with it, not only the side that consumes it.

We bring the same experience to organizations. We advise companies that want to modernize their systems and make the right decisions in the cloud and with AI, develop their software end to end, and offer our own products. Everything we teach in the classroom we also do in the field, and everything we learn in the field comes back to the classroom.

For us, success is not the number of certificates issued; it is our graduates solving a real problem, with a real team, on a real project. A child proudly showing their first project, a professional doing their work better in less time, an organization's systems still standing the next day.

Our goal is a future where people direct AI instead of fearing it, and do their work better and more meaningfully. To bring this knowledge to young people and children outside the big cities too, so that becoming a good engineer or a good professional does not depend on being born in the right place.

I believe that sharing knowledge, rather than keeping it to oneself, lifts a whole profession. That belief is at the heart of our work at NEBULACT.
